✨ How about adding a little more yoga to your life? ✨

This class is an inviting introduction to Kemetic (Egyptian) Yoga—a gentle, grounding practice rooted in ancient wisdom and designed for every body. Whether you move regularly or you’re just getting started, this practice meets you exactly where you are. We’ll move with intention, breathe deeply into each posture, and explore how to soften while still challenging ourselves to grow.

My intention is to guide you through conscious breathing, sacred movement, and mindful postures that support not just your body—but your everyday life. This is yoga as self-care, restoration, and reconnection. All are welcome, because we all deserve something just for ourselves… let it be yoga.

Sacred Woman Sista Circle

$2222

with Sacred Woman Nzinga TheQueen

Calendar Oct 4, 2026 at 6:30 pm, runs for 26 weeks

Sistas, you are lovingly invited to enter a sacred space created for healing, sisterhood, renewal, and transformation.

I am a Sacred Woman Practitioner who completed Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman Rites of Passage (2017) and continued to deepen my studies and practice within this healing tradition. It is my honor to hold space for women who feel called to explore the Sacred Woman way of life and begin - or deepen - their journey toward greater wellness in body, mind, and spirit.

Founded by Queen Afua - holistic healer, master teacher, and author of Sacred Woman: A Guide to Healing the Feminine Body, Mind, and Spirit - the Sacred Woman path offers a holistic blueprint rooted in African and ancient Kemetic healing traditions. The teachings invite us to reconnect with the sacredness of the womb, nourish our bodies, renew our minds, honor our spirits, and return to our inner seat of feminine power.

Our 24-Week Journey

Throughout this virtual Sista Circle, we will journey together through Gateways 0–11. Each Gateway offers an opportunity for deeper reflection, self-awareness, purification, restoration, and personal transformation.

Why 24 Weeks?

Healing is not something to be rushed - it is something to be honored.

In previous Sista Circles, women often shared that they needed more time to fully explore, practice, and embody the teachings of each Gateway. Because, as we know, life will continue to “life.” Responsibilities arise, emotions surface, relationships shift, and unexpected experiences may call for our attention.

Rather than allowing these moments to pull us away from the journey, we will make space for them within it. These life experiences can become part of our healing, reflection, and transformation.

Extending our journey to 24 weeks gives us the flexibility to slow down, breathe, and spend meaningful time with each Gateway. We are not simply moving through the teachings - we are allowing the teachings to move through us.

This is not a race to the finish. It is a sacred opportunity to integrate new practices, recognize old patterns, nurture our bodies, renew our minds, and strengthen our spirits. Together, we will give ourselves the time and grace to embody each Gateway and support one another as we heal in every area of our lives.

We are taking our time because we are worthy of a healing journey that is deep, intentional, and complete.

Our weekly gatherings may include:

  • Meditation and intentional breathwork
  • Healing affirmations
  • Altar work and sacred rituals
  • Lighting of the Gateway candle
  • Spraying of the Gateway mist
  • Drinking of the Gateway herbal teas
  • Guided conversations and group sharing
  • Holistic wellness practices
  • Personal reflection and sacred accountability

Together, we will explore practices that support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness while creating space to release what no longer serves us and welcome more balance, clarity, wholeness, and peace into our lives.

This is more than a weekly meeting. It is an invitation to pause, listen inward, reconnect with your sacred feminine wisdom, and walk beside other women who are also committed to healing themselves and their relationships.

We will meet virtually once a week, making it possible for sistas from different communities and walks of life to gather in one sacred circle. Between our gatherings, we will remain connected online, offering encouragement, reflection, and loving accountability as we move through the Gateways together.

You do not have to arrive perfectly healed. You only need to arrive open, willing, and ready to honor yourself.

If you feel called to reclaim your wellness, nurture your sacred feminine power, deepen your spiritual practices, and experience the strength of healing in sisterhood, I invite you to join us.

Let us gather in a circle of love, serenity, truth, and wellness.

Let us remember who we are.

Let us return to ourselves.

Let us begin the sacred journey to Heal Thyself - together.

Welcome, Sistas. Your sacred journey awaits.

~Love, Nzinga
